If you are submitting an abstract, please direct it to subs@slavicgrad.freeservers.com with subject line "NUGS Abstract." Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words. They should be submitted in the body of the email or as an attachment in the form of a Microsoft Word file (Windows or Macintosh). Please note that abstracts submitted in other formats WILL NOT BE READABLE by the selection committee. Unfortunately, the conference cannot accommodate abstract submissions by mail. If this presents a problem for you, please email us.
The selection process will be blind - i.e., the conference organizers making selections will not see the names attached to the abstracts. However, please do make sure that you provide your name, email address, and home institution when you submit your abstract. Accepted abstracts will be posted on this web site once the schedule of the conference has been fixed.
To apply for the travel grant, please indicate this in your submission email, and you will automatically be considered for the grant. The grant receipient will be selected based on the quality of the abstract.
